Rachel bias skirt digital sewing pattern.
The Rachel bias skirt is a simple, staple wardrobe piece. It features an invisible side seam zipper and waist facings to add extra stability around the waist area. This skirt is cut on the bias allowing it to drape softly against the hips falling to a beautiful flute hemline.
You can follow my recent tutorial on how to cut out delicate fabrics and fabrics on the bias here. This is a really helpful tip to ensure you are cutting out your fabric accurately and can be applied for all sorts of sewing projects.

HOW DOES A PDF PATTERN WORK?
Once downloaded onto your computer you can print out the pattern on your home printer. The print at home pattern is formatted to fit standard size A4 sheets and US letter sheets. You will need to set your printer to “actual size” and print off the first page first to measure the size square, which is 5x5cm. Once you have confirmed the scale is correct, continue printing off the remaining pattern pages. Then follow the pdf instructions to assemble the pattern together. You also have an A0 sized pattern, which you can get printed at your local copy shop.
ALL SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PATTERN.
