Shipping with in New Zealand
All handmade garments are packaged and shipped via New Zealand Post within 5-10 business days of your payment.
Please note, shipping charges include tracking for New Zealand customers only. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel starts its journey to you. Please use these details to track your parcel’s delivery progress.
Damaged or undelivered packages are the responsibility of the courier company. Please contact them directly with your tracking information if you have any concerns. All New Zealand shipped orders are sent via New Zealand Post.
Please be aware that your country may assess Value Added Tax or Import Tax on your item. These charges are unavoidable and Makyla Creates is not responsible for them nor can we falsify customs forms to reflect a lower price.
All parcels will be sent via New Zealand Post who will transfer the parcel onto your local shipping company. Please note that this service is untracked. If you wish to have your parcel tracked please contact me at email@example.com.
If your country is not available for shipping please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping address and item you wish to purchase. I will send you through a shipping estimate.
Digital downloads are available for your immediate download. Please visit your account page and then downloads to find your files. Alternatively, you can download the files from an automatic email sent straight to your inbox shortly after your purchase has been made.
