Instructions
Peel and rinse the parsnips. Then, chop them in half and further into quarters.
Toss the parsnips in olive oil, add the seasonings, and toss them again to coat them evenly.
Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the parsnips. Turn or shake in the basket halfway through cooking.
Remove the parsnip from the air fryer and serve.
Notes
To ensure even cooking, try to slice the parsnip into pieces of similar lengths and thickness.
Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket if you want your parsnip to be nice and crispy.
Take your time to evenly coat the parsnip with the oil and seasoning so every piece tastes yummy!
