Brussels sprouts

tablespoons
olive oil

bacon rashers
(235g) diced
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven 200℃ (400℉)
Cut off the ends of Brussels sprouts and wash. Remove any bad leaves. Slice in half.
Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place face down on a baking dish or tray.
Slice the bacon into bits and sprinkle evenly on the Brussels sprouts.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the brussel sprouts are soft and the bacon is crispy.
Serve immediately.
