These crispy air fryer Brussels sprouts are seasoned to perfection and quick to prepare, ready in just 20 minutes or less. They make a healthy and delicious side dish for any meal!
Prepare the Brussels sprouts by cutting off the ends and halving them. Rinse them thoroughly in a colander then soak in water for 10 minutes. Remove and shake off any excess water.
Add the olive oil and toss to coat the brussel sprouts evenly. Then, add the garlic powder, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer tray, making sure they are not overcrowded. Cook in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Then, toss and continue cooking for another 8 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
