Add the frozen banana, blueberries, and zucchini to your blender. Sprinkle in the chia seeds and cinnamon. Add the scoop of protein powder. Pour in the milk. Start with 1 cup and add more if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides if needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy straight away while it’s icy cold. Optional: Add some toppings like coconut, sliced banana, fresh blueberries, hemp seeds, or cacao nibs.
