These air fryer parsnips are a great way to get more vegetables into your family’s diet. In our house, we like to call these ‘parsnip fries’ because they taste like a healthier version of fries!

You only need to prepare the parsnip for a few minutes before adding them to the air fryer, which does all the hard work.

Ingredients and Substitutions

  • Parsnips – this recipe uses 3 large or 4 medium parsnips.

Step 1: Peel and rinse the parsnips. Then, chop them in half and further into quarters.

Step 2: Toss the parsnips in olive oil, add the seasonings, and toss them again to coat them evenly.

Step 3: Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the parsnips. Turn or shake in the basket halfway through cooking.

Step 4: Remove the parsnip from the air fryer and serve.
