plate of Brussels Sprouts and Bacon Bake

Brussels sprouts and bacon cooked together in the oven make a delicious and flavorful side dish.

The Brussels sprouts are halved, tossed in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and then mixed with crispy bacon pieces before being roasted in the oven. The result is tender Brussels sprouts with a nice caramelisation and a smoky, savoury flavour from the bacon.

It’s a fantastic way to add some excitement to Brussels sprouts and is perfect for serving alongside a variety of main dishes like chicken, turkey or lamb.
