Made with just 3 ingredients and no candy thermometer, this white chocolate Oreo fudge is quick and ridiculously easy to make. It’s deliciously creamy and packed with chunks of Oreo!

Traditional fudge is typically made without condensed milk and requires a candy thermometer and a close watchful eye. The process is time-consuming, which is why I love this simple 3-ingredient Oreo fudge.

You just heat the ingredients together, toss in some Oreos, and spread the mixture in a pan. It couldn’t be simpler!

I remember my mom making old-fashioned chocolate fudge and caramel fudge every year when I was growing up to give as Christmas gifts. We also used to make coconut ice! It was a thoughtful and cost-effective way to give everyone in our family something special on Christmas Day.

Now, I do the same. I make fudges, chocolate chip cookies, condensed milk cookies, and Biscoff truffles and place them in little cardboard gift boxes. My friends really enjoy them! So, I’m excited to add this white chocolate Oreo fudge this year.

Ingredients and Substitutions

  • White chocolate chips – if you want a milk or dark chocolate version of this Oreo fudge, simply switch out the chocolate chips.
  • Condensed milk – a can of condensed milk, not evaporated milk! These are different.
  • Oreos – I used original Oreos, but any flavour would be yummy, like mint Oreos or double-stuffed Oreos!

How to Make White Chocolate Oreo Fudge

The printable recipe card below has the full ingredients list and instructions.

Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.

Roughly chop the Oreos into smaller pieces, except for 6.

Add the condensed milk and chocolate to a small saucepan and melt over low heat until thick. Keep mixing for 2 minutes more to thicken the fudge.

Take off the heat and mix in the Oreo pieces until evenly combined.

Pour into the prepared baking dish, smoothing it around evenly.

Top with whole Oreos, pushing them into the fudge to sit flat.

Chill for 3-4 hours in the fridge before slicing into 25 even squares.

Tips for Success

Line your baking pan. Please make sure to line your baking pan with parchment paper before you start making the fudge. The process happens quickly, so you will need to pour it into the dish immediately after making it, as it starts to set quite quickly.
Don’t skip the chill time. The mixture will fully set in the fridge in about 3-4 hours. I know it’s tempting to sneak a bite, but let it chill for the entire time.
Cut with a hot knife. To achieve a clean cut, rinse the knife with hot water and dry it before slicing the fudge. This method allows the knife to glide smoothly and prevents the fudge from sticking to it.
